Positive, I really appreciated the housekeeping. The lady went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was fully cleaned and had all the essentials. The owner was polite and seemed dedicated to running the place well. I’d stay here again on my trips out of town. 😊

The Double Room Non-Smoking was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom had a broken tub drain that made it difficult to use.

How it stacks up, my honest take
For a brief stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet ambiance, hot water supply, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the outdated amenities left much to be desired. The room had its share of cleanliness issues, particularly with sticky floors. Definitely more of a budget-friendly option than a luxurious retreat.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was ideal for visiting local spots like the park and the museum. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Highly recommend for groups looking to explore the area together.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local park and a museum nearby. The location is really convenient, making it easy to explore. Plus, the rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for hanging out together. I'd definitely come back for more adventures!
We did run into a plumbing issue that made things a bit uncomfortable during our stay. It would be nice to see that fixed for future guests.

The staff was friendly overall, and the hot water supply was reliable during the four-night stay. Unfortunately, the room had a persistent smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable despite being labeled smoke-free. Missing door locks added to the feeling of insecurity, and interactions with management were unhelpful. While there were some amenities like microwave and fridge, the absence of basic soap in the room was disappointing. Definitely a budget choice with some significant drawbacks.

friendly staff but maintenance needs improvement
The staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the quiet ambiance and had no issues with the hot water supply. It was remarkable that the room offered plenty of space to relax. Guests I spoke with also mentioned they liked the clean surroundings.
The interaction with the maintenance man was less than satisfactory.

Close to Clemson, the location is certainly a plus, with decent cleanliness overall during my two-night stay. However, plumbing issues detracted from the comfort, and the rooms could benefit from maintenance improvements to better suit guests.
